\u2013\u00a0<\/span>Contact the administration of the area you are going to visit in advance to learn about existing regulations and restrictions.<\/span>
\u2013\u00a0<\/span>Find out about the local weather conditions and consult the weather forecast before any activity in natural environments.<\/span>
\u2013\u00a0<\/span>Travel in small groups of up to 10 people. Smaller groups harmonize better with nature and have less impact.<\/span>
\u2013\u00a0<\/span>Avoid traveling to popular areas during long holidays and vacations.<\/span>
\u2013\u00a0<\/span>Make sure you have a way to pack your trash (plastic bags) to bring it back.<\/span>
\u2013<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Choose the activities you will carry out on your visit according to your physical condition and your level of experience.<\/span><\/p>

You are responsible for your safety<\/h3>

\u2013\u00a0<\/span>Rescue in natural environments is expensive and complex, can take days and cause great damage to the environment. So, first of all, don’t take risks unnecessarily.<\/span>
\u2013\u00a0<\/span>Calculate the total time you will spend traveling and leave a travel itinerary with someone you trust, with instructions for adding the ransom, if necessary.<\/span>

Take care of trails and campsites<\/h3>

\u2013 Stick to pre-determined trails \u2013 don’t use shortcuts that cut paths. Shortcuts favor erosion and the destruction of roots and entire plants.<\/p>

\u2013 Stay on the trail even if it is wet, muddy or slippery. The difficulty of the trails is part of the challenge of experiencing nature. If you go around the damaged part of a trail, the damage will get worse in the future.<\/p>

\u2013 When camping, avoid fragile areas that will take a long time to recover after impact. Camp only in pre-established locations, when they exist. Camp at least 60 meters from any water source.<\/p>

\u2013 Do not dig ditches around the tents, choose the best location and use plastic under the tent.<\/p>

\u2013 Good camping spots are found, not built. Do not cut or uproot vegetation or remove when camping.<\/p>

Bring your trash back<\/h3>

\u2013 If you can take a full package to a natural environment, you can bring it empty on the way back.<\/p>

\u2013 When walking on a trail, or leaving a campsite, make sure that they remain as if no one has passed there. Remove all evidence of your passage. Leave no traces!<\/p>

\u2013 Do not burn or bury the garbage. Packaging may not burn completely, and animals may dig into the garbage and scatter it. Bring all your junk back with you.<\/p>

\u2013 Use existing sanitary facilities. If there are no sanitary facilities (toilets) in the area, dig a hole six inches deep at least 60 meters from any water sources, trails or camping sites, where it is not necessary to remove vegetation.<\/p>

Leave everything in its place<\/h3>

\u2013 Do not build any type of structure, such as benches, tables, bridges, etc. Do not break or cut tree branches, even if they are dead or fallen, as they may be providing shelter for birds or other animals.<\/p>

\u2013 Resist the temptation to take \u201csouvenirs\u201d home. Leave stones, artifacts, flowers, shells, etc. where you found them, so others can enjoy them too.<\/p>

Don’t make fires<\/h3>

\u2013 Campfires kill the ground, make campsites ugly, and are a major cause of wildfires.<\/p>

\u2013 For cooking, use a camp stove. Modern stoves are light and easy to use. Cooking with a stove is much faster and more convenient than lighting a fire.<\/p>

7 –\u00a0<\/strong>Respect animals and plants<\/h3>

\u2013 Leave pets at home. If you bring your pet with you, keep it controlled at all times, including avoiding barking or other noises. Animal faeces should be treated in the same way as human faeces. They are also under your responsibility. Many areas do not allow pets, check in advance.<\/p>

\u2013 Strong colors such as white, blue, red or yellow should be avoided, as they can be seen from miles away and break the harmony of natural environments. Wear neutral-colored clothing and equipment to avoid visual pollution in heavily frequented areas.<\/p>

Documentation – International Driver’s License<\/h3>

Although not required in all countries, it is recommended that you obtain your International Driver’s License before driving a car abroad. Generally, car rental companies just need the Brazilian driver’s license (C.N.H.), validated, to rent a car. But in case of an accident, the international version of the document makes it much easier. Especially if you are in a country that speaks a different language than yours.<\/p>

\u2013 Entre em contato pr\u00e9vio com a administra\u00e7\u00e3o da \u00e1rea que voc\u00ea vai visitar para tomar conhecimento dos regulamentos e restri\u00e7\u00f5es existentes.
\u2013 Informe-se sobre as condi\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas do local e consulte a previs\u00e3o do tempo antes de qualquer atividade em ambientes naturais.
\u2013 Viaje em grupos pequenos de at\u00e9 10 pessoas. Grupos menores se harmonizam melhor com a natureza e causam menos impacto.
\u2013 Evite viajar para as \u00e1reas mais populares durante feriados prolongados e f\u00e9rias.
\u2013 Certifique-se de que voc\u00ea possui uma forma de acondicionar seu lixo (sacos pl\u00e1sticos), para traz\u00ea-lo de volta.
\u2013 Escolha as atividades que voc\u00ea vai realizar na sua visita conforme o seu condicionamento f\u00edsico e seu n\u00edvel de experi\u00eancia.<\/p>\n

Voc\u00ea \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por sua seguran\u00e7a<\/h3>\n

\u2013 O salvamento em ambientes naturais \u00e9 caro e complexo, podendo levar dias e causar grandes danos ao ambiente. Portanto, em primeiro lugar, n\u00e3o se arrisque sem necessidade.
\u2013 Calcule o tempo total que passar\u00e1 viajando e deixe um roteiro da viagem com algu\u00e9m de confian\u00e7a, com instru\u00e7\u00f5es para adicionar o resgate, caso necess\u00e1rio.
\u2013 Avise a administra\u00e7\u00e3o da \u00e1rea que voc\u00ea est\u00e1 visitando sobre: sua experi\u00eancia, o tamanho do grupo, o equipamento que voc\u00eas est\u00e3o levando, o roteiro e a data esperada de retorno. Estas informa\u00e7\u00f5es facilitar\u00e3o o seu resgate em caso de acidente.
\u2013 Aprenda as t\u00e9cnicas b\u00e1sicas de seguran\u00e7a, como navega\u00e7\u00e3o (como usar um mapa e uma b\u00fassola) e primeiros-socorros. Para tanto, procure os clubes excursionistas, escolas de escalada etc.
\u2013 Tenha certeza de que voc\u00ea disp\u00f5e do equipamento apropriado para cada situa\u00e7\u00e3o. Acidentes e agress\u00f5es \u00e0 natureza em grande parte s\u00e3o causados por improvisa\u00e7\u00f5es e uso inadequado de equipamentos. Leve sempre: lanterna, agasalho, capa de chuva e um estojo de primeiros-socorros, alimento e \u00e1gua, mesmo em atividades com apenas um dia ou poucas horas de dura\u00e7\u00e3o.
\u2013 Caso voc\u00ea n\u00e3o tenha experi\u00eancia em atividades recreativas em ambientes naturais, entre em contato com centros excursionistas, empresas de ecoturismo ou condutores de visitantes. Visitantes inexperientes podem causar grandes impactos sem perceber e correr riscos desnecess\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n

Cuide das trilhas e dos locais de acampamento<\/h3>\n

\u2013 Mantenha-se nas trilhas pr\u00e9-determinadas \u2013 n\u00e3o use atalhos que cortam caminhos. Os atalhos favorecem a eros\u00e3o e a destrui\u00e7\u00e3o das ra\u00edzes e plantas inteiras.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Mantenha-se na trilha mesmo se ela estiver molhada, lamacenta ou escorregadia. A dificuldade das trilhas faz parte do desafio de vivenciar a natureza. Se voc\u00ea contorna a parte danificada de uma trilha, o estrago se tornar\u00e1 maior no futuro.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Acampando, evite \u00e1reas fr\u00e1geis que levar\u00e3o um longo tempo para se recuperar ap\u00f3s o impacto. Acampe somente em locais pr\u00e9-estabelecidos, quando existirem. Acampe a pelo menos 60 metros de qualquer fonte de \u00e1gua.<\/p>\n

\u2013 N\u00e3o cave valetas ao redor das barracas, escolha melhor o local e use um pl\u00e1stico sob a barraca.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Bons locais de acampamento s\u00e3o encontrados, n\u00e3o constru\u00eddos. N\u00e3o corte nem arranque a vegeta\u00e7\u00e3o, nem remova ao acampar.<\/p>\n

Traga seu lixo de volta<\/h3>\n

\u2013 Se voc\u00ea pode levar uma embalagem cheia para um ambiente natural, pode traz\u00ea-la vazia na volta.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Ao percorrer uma trilha, ou sair de uma \u00e1rea de acampamento, certifique-se de que elas permane\u00e7am como se ningu\u00e9m houvesse passado por ali. Remova todas as evid\u00eancias de sua passagem. N\u00e3o deixe rastros!<\/p>\n

\u2013 N\u00e3o queime nem enterre o lixo. As embalagens podem n\u00e3o queimar completamente, e animais podem cavar at\u00e9 o lixo e espalh\u00e1-lo. Traga todo o seu lixo de volta com voc\u00ea.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Utilize as instala\u00e7\u00f5es sanit\u00e1rias que existirem. Caso n\u00e3o haja instala\u00e7\u00f5es sanit\u00e1rias (banheiros) na \u00e1rea, cave um buraco com quinze cent\u00edmetros de profundidade a pelo menos 60 metros de qualquer fonte de \u00e1gua, trilhas ou locais de acampamento, em local onde n\u00e3o seja necess\u00e1rio remover a vegeta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Deixe cada coisa em seu lugar<\/h3>\n

\u2013 N\u00e3o construa qualquer tipo de estrutura, como bancos, mesas, pontes etc. N\u00e3o quebre ou corte galhos de \u00e1rvores, mesmo que estejam mortas ou tombadas, pois podem estar servindo de abrigo para aves ou outros animais.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Resista \u00e0 tenta\u00e7\u00e3o de levar \u201clembran\u00e7as\u201d para casa. Deixe pedras, artefatos, flores, conchas etc. onde voc\u00ea os encontrou, para que outros tamb\u00e9m possam apreci\u00e1-los.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Tire apenas fotografias, deixe apenas leves pegadas, e leve para casa apenas suas mem\u00f3rias.<\/p>\n

N\u00e3o fa\u00e7a fogueiras<\/h3>\n

\u2013 Fogueiras matam o solo, enfeiam os locais de acampamento e representam uma grande causa de inc\u00eandios florestais.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Para cozinhar, utilize um fogareiro pr\u00f3prio para acampamento. Os fogareiros modernos s\u00e3o leves e f\u00e1ceis de usar. Cozinhar com um fogareiro \u00e9 muito mais r\u00e1pido e pr\u00e1tico que acender uma fogueira.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Para iluminar o acampamento, utilize um lampi\u00e3o ou uma lanterna em vez de uma fogueira.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Se voc\u00ea realmente precisa acender uma fogueira, utilize locais previamente estabelecidos, e somente se as normas da \u00e1rea permitirem.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Mantenha o fogo pequeno, utilizando apenas a madeira morta encontrada no ch\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Tenha absoluta certeza de que sua fogueira est\u00e1 completamente apagada antes de abandonar a \u00e1rea.<\/p>\n

7 – Respeite os animais e as plantas<\/strong><\/h3>\n

\u2013 Observe os animais a dist\u00e2ncia. A proximidade pode ser interpretada como uma amea\u00e7a e provocar um ataque, mesmo de pequenos animais. Al\u00e9m disso, animais silvestres podem transmitir doen\u00e7as graves.<\/p>\n

\u2013 N\u00e3o alimente os animais. Os animais podem acabar se acostumando com comida humana e passar a invadir os acampamentos em busca de alimento, danificando barracas, mochilas e equipamentos.<\/p>\n

\u2013 N\u00e3o retire flores e plantas silvestres. Aprecie sua beleza no local, sem agredir a natureza e dando a mesma oportunidade a outros visitantes.<\/p>\n

8 – Seja cort\u00eas com outros visitantes e com a popula\u00e7\u00e3o local<\/h3>\n

\u2013 Ande a acampe em sil\u00eancio, preservando a tranq\u00fcilidade e a sensa\u00e7\u00e3o de harmonia que a natureza favorece. Deixe r\u00e1dios e instrumentos sonoros em casa.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Deixe os animais dom\u00e9sticos em casa. Caso traga o seu animal com voc\u00ea, mantenha-o controlado todo o tempo, incluindo evitar latidos ou outros ru\u00eddos. As fezes dos animais devem ser tratadas da mesma maneira que as humanas. Elas tamb\u00e9m est\u00e3o sob sua responsabilidade. Muitas \u00e1reas n\u00e3o permitem a entrada de animais dom\u00e9sticos, verifique com anteced\u00eancia.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Cores fortes, como branco, azul, vermelho ou amarelo, devem ser evitadas, pois podem ser vistas a quil\u00f4metros de dist\u00e2ncia e quebram a harmonia dos ambientes naturais. Use roupas e equipamentos de cores neutras, para evitar a polui\u00e7\u00e3o visual em locais muito freq\u00fcentados.<\/p>\n

Embora n\u00e3o seja uma exig\u00eancia de todos os pa\u00edses, \u00e9 recomendado que se tire a Carteira Internacional de Habilita\u00e7\u00e3o antes de dirigir um carro no exterior. Geralmente, \u00e0s locadoras de carro basta a Carteira Nacional de Habilita\u00e7\u00e3o (C.N.H.), validada, dos brasileiros para se alugar um autom\u00f3vel. Mas, em caso de acidente, a vers\u00e3o internacional do documento facilita muito. Principalmente, se voc\u00ea estiver em um pa\u00eds que fala um idioma diferente do seu.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m de estabelecer o direito de conduzir em outro pa\u00eds pelo per\u00edodo de um ano, a carteira internacional de habilita\u00e7\u00e3o, que est\u00e1 de acordo com as regras da conven\u00e7\u00e3o internacional de tr\u00e2nsito, traz as informa\u00e7\u00f5es do motorista em ingl\u00eas, franc\u00eas, espanhol, russo, \u00e1rabe, chin\u00eas, alem\u00e3o e portugu\u00eas, o que garante a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o com qualquer policial.<\/p>\n
